Director: David F. Westneat (Ph.D. University of North Carolina, 1986) has conducted research in behavioral ecology and has taught behavioral ecology courses to graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Kentucky since 1990. Currently his research focuses on plasticity and personality in parental behavior. He has served various administrative roles, including Director of Graduate Studies in Biology, and past Director of the University of Kentucky's Ecological Research Facility. |

Coordinator of Technology: R. Craig Sargent (Ph.D. Stony Brook University, 1981) has been on the faculty of the University of Kentucky's Department of Biology since1985, where he teaches and conducts research in the fields of ecology, evolution and animal behavior. Past administrative experience includes Director of Graduate Studies in Biology. Past outreach experience includes founding Carleton College's Prairie and Wood program in 1975, a children's summer, natural-history day camp that continues to run today. His research at EREC explores dispersal and range expansion in an invasive fish species, and has included graduate, undergraduate and high school students. As Coordinator of Technology, Craig oversees our website, digital media, and computer infrastructure. |
